This is another contribution to the Thursday 13 blog hop in which participants create a post with some kind of list of 13 things they want to share. The skies the limit.
On my iPad, I found a few movies lists I started to compile last year, thinking I could maybe share them here on my blog or in my museletter (aka newsletter) for fun. Now I have the perfect excuse to finally share them.
I have FOUR lists of 13 things for you today...since they're just movie titles. :)
NOTE: So as to not repeat any movies, I only listed them once, although there is a lot of crossover from list to list.

QUESTION: Do we have any all-time favs in common? Did you watch any of the same movies as my family and I did while growing up?
Ah, no, I couldn't watch the same movies as you growing up as I am considerably older. Your childhood movies all came out when I was in my 20s. Sigh. (My childhood movies would include Oh, Heavenly Dog and Heaven Can Wait.)
ReplyDeleteI have seen almost all from your first list and half from the others. Love Secret Garden and The Wizard of Oz which is a perennial favourite.some here I xan rewatch Like Sister Act and Ghost, Summer Rental and The Devil Wears Prada. I could make a ton of lists but these are my 13 that I watched and rewatched when I was a kid.
ReplyDelete1. Oklahoma
2. South Pacific
3. Carousel
4. It's a Wonderful Life-my 😍 film.
5. Casablanca

13. The Great Escape
I could go on but I watched these all the time when 8
I've seen all the films on your family favourites list. I don't think we had family favourites. Interesting to see Speed on that list. I saw the film at the cinema with my mum and I've watched it many times since. In fact, it's in my top 10 all time faves. In your all time favourites list I'm with you on Rocky although I'd choose Rocky II, and although I love the Matrix series I think the first film is the best.
ReplyDeleteI love the 2005 Pride and Prejudice. And I am old enough to have watched (and loved) the original Jem and the Holograms cartoon. Never saw the movie, though.
