Tears and Fear . . . But Surprisingly Secure + Beta Readers Wanted

Tears:

On the day 30 Seconds was released, I had to put down my beloved cat Rosie. She was nineteen years old and had been in my life since I was a kid. I picked her out of the litter of seven and knew she was destined to be my baby girl. I named her Rosie because I thought her black fur was as soft as rose petals. When I was twelve, I even made her into a character in my book. She was Aunt Rosie with long black hair and vibrant green eyes. She drooled when you’d pet her, love to chewed on plastic wrappers, and would steal Doritos from you. I miss her!

Fear:

Back in May, I mentioned I had a big day in June that could change my life for the better if it went my way. Well that day has come and gone and I am still jumping through hoops. I have another big day, hopefully the last, on the 9^th of this month, and I am praying it goes smoothly. 

Secure:

I did everything I could to make 30 Seconds as good and exciting as I could for my readers. I know there will probably be some people who will nit-pick at this or that, but I have no control over that. I do have control over what I do and how I stay sane. I’m not looking at the Amazon ranking, or the reviews that come in. I am ignoring it all while promoting the heck out of it and working on my three work-in-progresses. That is all I can do. But if you do read 30 Seconds, I still would very much appreciate a review.

Reading: 

I read Butterman (Time) Travel, Inc by PK Hrezo and her newly released, Induction Day. I love, love, love these books! I am such a big fan that I read the prequel: Diary of a Teenage Time Traveler, which is free! In these books we go to Woodstock, Titanic, and the future. They are so much fun and exciting. I highly recommend them!

I also read Moonless by Crystal Collier. I couldn’t read this book fast enough! The romance is breath-taking. The suspense is nail-biting. The mystery is intoxicating. And book two, Soulless, is available for pre-order now!
